We want you to love every piece you bring home! If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help make it perfect.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives or is picked-up.

  1. Reach out to us at shop@furnishmhk.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack it Up: Items must be returned in their original protective internal packaging (styrofoam, custom inserts, etc.). Returns received broken due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Don't forget to include your Return/Exchange Form inside the package so we know it’s yours!

  3. Shipping: You are welcome to ship the item back using your preferred carrier. If you'd like a little help, we can provide a prepaid return label upon request; the shipping cost will simply be deducted from your final refund.

In-Store (Free!): Skip the shipping and visit us in person! You can bring your return to Furnish at 314 Poyntz Ave. during our regular business hours. Just bring your original receipt or have your order number ready, and we’ll take care of the rest.


Damages & Issues

We take great care in our products, but if something arrives less than perfect, please let us know right away! Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong thing. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right or help file a claim with the carrier.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get exactly what you need is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for your new favorite piece!


Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect the item(s).

  • Refunds to Original Payment: For most returns, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Cash Purchases: To ensure we always have enough change on hand for our daily shoppers, refunds for cash purchases will be issued as in-store credit or placed on a gift card.

Items That are Final Sale

To keep our curated collection fresh and safe for everyone, a few items cannot be returned:

  • Perishables (like food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom Creations (special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal Care (beauty products).

Sale Items & Gift Cards (these are always final sale).
